Alasdair Rodgers
Behaviour Intervention & Family Support Practitioner
Alasdair brings over a decade of frontline and leadership experience supporting young people and families in complex care environments. With a background spanning therapeutic residential care, youth homelessness services, and out-of-home care, Alasdair has a deep understanding of trauma-informed practice, positive behaviour support, and systemic advocacy.
Holding a Diploma of Community Services and currently completing a Diploma of Counselling, Alasdair is passionate about empowering individuals and the networks that support them. He has worked extensively with children and young people at risk of placement breakdown, family separation, and educational disengagement, and is known for his calm, relational approach and commitment to strengths-based practice.
At Kube Therapy Co., Alasdair leads our behaviour intervention and family support service stream, delivering client-facing support, school-based education, and system-level training for support workers, families, and professionals. He is also supporting Kube’s clinicians and staff through tailored resources, internal training, and reflective practice.
Alasdair is particularly driven by the belief that behaviour is communication—and that with the right supports in place, every individual can thrive.
