Home Modifications
Accessibility is a human right and inclusive living starts at home.
Home Modifications
For many people living with disability, the greatest barrier to independence isn't their diagnosis. It's their environment.
At Kube Therapy Co., our Occupational Therapists assess how your home supports (or limits) your ability to move safely, complete everyday tasks and live as independently as possible. Through thoughtful, evidence-based home modifications, we help create environments that are safer, more functional and designed around your individual needs, both now and into the future.
Whether you require a simple access solution or a major structural modification, our recommendations are always guided by your goals, functional needs and long-term independence.
Accredited Complex Home Modification Assessors
Kube Therapy Co. is proud to have Occupational Therapists who are Accredited Complex Home Modification Assessors.
Complex home modifications require a high level of clinical expertise, careful planning and collaboration with builders, architects, certifiers and funding bodies. Our clinicians have the knowledge and experience to assess, design and coordinate modifications that comply with NDIS requirements, Australian Standards and best practice design principles.
We manage projects ranging from straightforward accessibility improvements through to highly complex structural modifications, ensuring every recommendation is practical, clinically justified and tailored to the individual.

What is our approach?
Successful home modifications begin with understanding how you live.
Our Occupational Therapists complete comprehensive functional assessments to understand your daily routines, mobility, support requirements and future goals. We assess how your home environment impacts your safety, independence and participation before developing practical recommendations that are tailored specifically to you.
Throughout the process, we work collaboratively with participants, families, builders, architects, certifiers, home owners, support coordinators and the funding bodies to ensure modifications are thoughtfully designed and successfully implemented.
Our role extends beyond making recommendations. We help guide the entire process from assessment through to completion.
