Sarah is our clinical lead and dedicated Occupational Therapist with over 10 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. As the Director of Kube Therapy Co., Sarah counts herself as fortunate to work alongside skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapists and professionals, providing services to adults with disabilities in our community. 


Throughout her career, Sarah has had the privilege of working with individuals with complex presentations including, but not limited to; spinal cord injury, brain injury, amputations, upper limb injury and trauma. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for the challenges and opportunities that come from working with individuals with disabilities, and have taught her the importance of tailoring clinical services to each persons unique needs, goals and most importantly, to listen.


In addition to her clinical experience, Sarah has also had the opportunity to lead and manage allied health teams in various settings. These experiences have given her a strong foundation in team building, communication, and strategic planning, and have taught her the importance of fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Sarah is committed to mentoring and supervising the next generation of Occupational Therapists and fundamentally believes that by sharing knowledge, expertise and connection with others, we can help to ensure the field of Occupational Therapy continues to grow and evolve in meaningful and exciting ways. By cultivating self-awareness and a growth mindset in health professionals,  we facilitate an attitude that approaches challenges with resilience, creativity, and a sense of possibility.


Throughout all of her work and private life, Sarah is committed to advocating for the needs and rights of people with disabilities and those who are disadvantaged, and believes that Occupational Therapists are a powerful piece in the healthcare puzzle for promoting health, independence, and quality of life.
